Another Bizarre Tank Design: The MK.75 “Tigerwolf”

Image 35703

Oh boy….. I found another one…..

The Infamous “AeroGavin”

A little while ago, I made a post about “Mike Sparks” and the insanity that was the “AeroGavin”. Basically, a literal flying M-113 that had biplane wings and a single but “powerful” turbo prop to fly. Believe me, the guy was (and probably still is) butt-f++k insane.

But… In my travels, I have come across another “design” from another person who, though not as insane, is cut from the same cloth as Mr. Sparks.

The MK.75 “Tigerwolf” by Blacktail Defense

The brainchild of an individual calling themselves “Blacktail Defense”, the MK.75 “Tigerwolf” bravely goes against the trends of autoloaders and reduced tank crews. According to him, autoloaders make no sense and having six men crammed into the Tigerwolf would still allow for fast loading of the main gun, which is supposed to be a 145mm smoothbore.

Now, I did some more digging and it turns out, Blacktail Defense has a real hard-on for anything that is German, particularly those used during WW2. He genuinely believes that the King Tiger tanks can beat an M1A2 main battle tank, even though there aren’t that many Tiger tanks around and there is a very good reason for that. He also likes to rail on anything that is both modern, American, or both and even had a YouTube channel just to do that.

A Dubious Claim

I don’t know about you, but anyone who thinks the German Tiger can take out an Abrams is probably the last person who should be designing tanks.
