CIA Prepping For Possible Cyber Strike Against Russia. In an interview with “Meet the Press” Vice President Joe Biden told moderator Chuck Todd on Friday that “we’re sending a message to Putin” and that “it will be at the time of our choosing, and under the circumstances that will have the greatest impact.” This revelation comes while NBC has learned that the CIA is prepping for a possible cyber strike against Russia for their interference in U.S. elections.
Russia and Putin have been exposed feeding Wikilinks information to shape the U.S. presidential election, setting a dangerous precedent as Putin himself faces “reelection” in March of 2018. The CIA response would likely be centered around that, exposing his true wealth, uncensored Russias internet for its people, emails, or even “turning off the lights” in an overt manner.
Although while the U.S. is an open and free society Russia is fairly tightly controlled, and with Putin being a master in manipulation, learned while he was a KBG officer, could likely take a fair amount more damage than the American presidential candidates. Maybe, just knowing the CIA prepping for a possible cyber attack against Russia will back the bear down on all fours.
