Poland Receives First Batch of South Korean Arms

Remember a little while ago when I talked about Poland buying a crap ton of arms from South Korea???

Well … The first batch of K2 “Black Panthers” and 212 K9 self-propelled howitzers have arrived at the port of Gdynia and were welcomed in a ceremony which was attended by Polish President Andrzej Duda and defense minister Mariusz Błaszczak.

Historic Arms Deal Between Poland and South Korea

Earlier this year, Poland signed what is quite possibly one of the biggest arms deals in recent history with the Republic of Korea. This deal would see the Polish armed forces receiving billions in both heavy equipment and technology transfers from South Korean defense companies.
